Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free shipping to the US and Canada. Shipping charges for international orders will be estimated at checkout. We provide a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including standard and expedited shipping. Delivery times are estimated based on the selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier delays.

International Shipping
International orders may be charged duty, which is the responsibility of the buyer. We currently offer international shipping to select countries.

Shipping Restrictions
We ship to physical addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order through the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at support@thewestcoastshowroom.com. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
